Hi, I'm Nigel, the owner of the business and I'll be coming to do your removal job.  My system is different to the usual removal company set up, I have a Man with a van Hire business.  

You should already have been given an estimated arrival time and a price estimate.  

It's important that everything is packed and ready to go.  The faster we get the job done the cheaper the final price, so it's' all hands to the pumps.'

The guy I dealt with was friendly, courteous and really helpful. Gave a quote and the rubbish cleared within the hour. Very impressed as there was a lot of Garden Waste! Left space tidy. Thank you very much!!!
